Start with the ugly: I have no cooking skills.

The good: I love immersing myself in new cultures to get to know the people through their cuisine. The irony!

Capturing unforgettable moments and magnificent landscapes with my photography skills make me feel like an artist! One key I use to know whether a trip was successful is by how many printable shots I can add to my gallery wall. I also lovingly evaluate each city I visit to see if it's a place I could live, and let me tell, only a handful of cities haven't made the cut! More on that another time… But I must say, I fell so in love with Rome that I started to feel homesick when I returned home! Odd, right? So, it was either I move there immediately! or do the next best thing which is to learn their language. I would prefer a group of Italian friends to teach me and practice with but Duolingo will have to do for now!

Plant Enthusiast

It all started with just one snake plant, but now my LOVE OF PLANTS has taken over! After my Pitbull passed away, the nurturer in me was empty. I couldn't resist adding more and more plants to my home, including scindapsus, alocasia, pothos, ferns, monstera, ficus, and so many others.

And that's not all - I'm now working on creating a beautiful flower balcony garden, complete with dazzling dahlias that are sure to impress this summer. Keep following along for all the exciting photographs of the flower show to come!

Body Sculpting

A few years back, during the winter, I made a decision to GET RIPPED and headed straight to the gym. I started crunching, curling, and squatting my way to great results.

Recently, I discovered hot yoga and hot Pilates and oh my goodness, what a wonderful world of buckets of sweat, muscle trembling, and a natural high post-workout (or maybe it's just pure exhaustion). I am absolutely determined to keep sculpt my petite figure and can't wait to see how shredded she'll get! (She is me. HA!)
